STS is owned and managed by a group of experienced human resources professionals, who have over thirty years’ experience in the field of recruitment and has recruited personnel in the area of technical, automobile, sale, administration, construction, catering, health care, computers (hardware & software) operations & maintenance.

The company was established in 1980 to cater massive demand for Indian personnel in the gulf with the intention of sourcing "user specific” labour to meet the existing demand of commercial and govt. Establishments in the Middle East. Therefore the effort to set up a licensed and govt. accredited company resulted in the birth of STS' bearing the registration no. 001411/DEL/PER/1000/3/2609/89. The license was issued by ministry of overseas Indian affairs, govt. of India.
